30 Days of Aaliyah

Day 18: Least Favorite Movie

I only watched this movie for Aaliyah. When she was on screen, she was captivating. Phenomenal. She lit it up. This magnificent woman with endless potential who was well on her way to having the world @ her feet. But due to her limited screen-time, I didn’t enjoy this movie as much as I could have. When she wasn’t in a scene, it was often dull & forgettable. Boring even. That’s just my own personal opinion though. Had it not been for Aaliyah playing this role, I never would have bothered watching this film again after leaving the movie theatre. Ever.

This is the only Aaliyah work I’ve never watched in full. I’ve watched all of her scenes on YouTube but I don’t think...
